This is my first blog post which is crazy to think about. However, let’s get this thing started. This post will be short as I am still learning how to create a website and blog. I am incredibly excited to start this journey. I hope you enjoy my posts.

The Golden Rule of Leadership is a simple construct, as it piggybacks on the Golden Rule that most of us were taught as children. The Golden Rule States, “treat others as you would want to be treated”. The Golden Rule of Leadership is “lead others as you would want to be led”. This seems simple enough to say, but it is much harder to implement for various reasons. I will cover many of these reasons in future posts. I will leave you with this thought to close my first blog post. Leadership is simple; be a good human!
